LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) Dean C. Logan announced that 524 additional Vote Centers will open on Saturday, May 30, for the Statewide Direct Primary Election.

Vote Centers are open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM for in-person voting, voter registration, and Vote by Mail ballot returns. Hours extend from 7 AM to 8 PM on Election Day, June 2.

A complete list and map of Vote Center locations are available online at LOCATOR.LAVOTE.GOV.

“With all L.A. County Vote Centers open this weekend, voters have many convenient options to cast their ballot early,” said Dean C. Logan, Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. “Avoid the rush, make a plan to vote early this weekend or Monday at a location that’s convenient for you.”

Voting Options Available Through Election Day

  • Vote Centers
    • Voters can vote in person or drop off their ballot at any Vote Center.
    • Save time voting with the Interactive Sample Ballot. This optional tool allows voters to view and mark their selections on a smartphone or computer and instantly transfer their votes to the Ballot Marking Device using their Poll Pass (QR Code).
  • Ballot Drop Boxes
    • Vote by Mail ballots can be dropped off at any of the 400+ Official Ballot Drop Box locations throughout the County.
  • USPS Mail
    • Return by mail, no postage required. Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day. Voters who still have their ballot and want to return it by mail should request a postmark at a Post Office to guarantee their ballot is postmarked by Election Day.

Media who want to visit a Vote Center or Ballot Processing Center should complete the Media RSVP Form before arrival.

The RR/CC has created a comprehensive Media Kit to help media professionals stay informed about the election process, voting options, reporting results, and more.
