RECOVERY
The American Rescue Plan, signed into law on March 2021, provides $350 billion in funding for state and local governments to build an equitable economic recovery from the devastating economic effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors (BOS) is investing the $1.9 billion in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for LA County to address inequities and transform the lives of millions of residents through services in housing and homelessness, community development, justice and violence prevention, immigration supports, and business supports.
