LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) Dean C. Logan announced that Vote Centers and Ballot Drop Boxes are closed for the March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary Election. 

Reporting Election Results:

Given the length of the ballot, the RR/CC anticipates the first set of election results will be released between 8:30 PM to 8:45 PM. These times are subject to fluctuation. 

• 1^st Results: These will include Vote by Mail ballots cast before Election Day. They will be reported at approximately 8:30 PM—8:45 PM.
• 2^nd Results: These will include all ballots cast at a Vote Center from February 24 to March 4 and will be reported between 8:45 PM and 9:00 PM.
• 3^rd and Recurring Results: The third and recurring rounds of results will include ballots cast at a Vote Center on Election Day.
