Certified Election Results for the City of Los Angeles Council District 6 Special Primary Election
LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) Dean C. Logan certified the election results for the City of Los Angeles Council District 6 Special Primary Election.
A total of 13,510 ballots were processed and counted with 11.40% of eligible voters casting ballots in Los Angeles County. For specific election results visit LAVOTE.GOV.
On Tuesday, May 2 the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to declare the election officially concluded.
The Official Election Canvass began on April 5. During the canvass period, all outstanding ballots were reviewed and tallied once verified. Learn more about the canvass process on our website.
Since no candidate received a majority of the votes cast in the Special Primary, a runoff election will be conducted on June 27, 2023.
