PUBLIC INFORMATION

The Board of Supervisors has adopted a number of policies to ensure easy access to public records. Among these initiatives are requiring departments to post memos and letters online that were sent to three or more supervisors; establishing a county public records policy; and posting Board agendas, minutes, supporting documents, and transcripts online. Meetings are webcast live, and also archived on the website to allow the public to view entire meetings or just segments relating to a topic of interest.
