Build:Â Short stature
Hair:Â Black hair with buzz cut
Eyes:Â Dark brown eyes
Other descriptive information:Â Found on 1037 N. Vermont Ave., face down. Tan skin, possible Hispanic, black facial hair stubble. No visible tattoos.
