The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded more than $1 million in grants from the California Public Utilities Commission, through the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) Program, which provides financial incentives for installing energy efficient systems on multifamily affordable housing throughout the State.
