Shelter In Place No Longer in Effect
January 28, 2026 at 10 pm: The Los Angeles County Fire Department lifted the Shelter in Place notice that was in effect for the area South of the 10 freeway, West of the 605 freeway, and East of Santa Anita Ave, including the area near Garvey Ave and Potrero Ave. The immediate hazard from the building fire has been mitigated.
