PHASE 1 Mudflow Forecast in Effect
February 13, 2026 at 4 PM: The Department of Public Works has issued a PHASE 1 mudflow forecast for recent burn areas valid from Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 9PM through Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Areas covered by the PHASE 1 forecast include: Canyon, Bethany, Eaton, Palisades, Kenneth, Sunset, Lidia, Hurst, Franklin, and Bridge Fires.
Residents and business in the vicinity of affected areas are advised to follow directions from local public safety personnel and monitor this page and trusted sources of information for developments. Preparedness information may be found by visiting ready.lacounty.gov
