Voters can track the status of their ballot at each step of the process using Where’s My Ballot?, a free subscription service that provides automatic updates by text, email, or voicemail.

Easy Ballot Return Options: 

• Official Ballot Drop Boxes – more than 400 secure Ballot Drop Box locations countywide.
• By Mail – return as early as possible, at least seven (7) days before Election Day, to ensure timely receipt.  
• Vote Centers – Starting October 25, voters can drop off their ballot or vote in person at any Vote Center in L.A. County.

Voters are reminded to carefully follow the instructions, sign, and date the Return Envelope before submitting their ballot to ensure it is counted. 

Multilingual Services 

The RR/CC provides translated election materials in 18 languages in addition to English. Voters may request materials in their preferred language by completing the Language Request Form located at the back of their Sample Ballot Book, or by calling (800) 815-2666, option 3. Spanish-speaking voters may also call (213) 358-2701 for direct assistance.
