Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder/County Clerk Receives Recognition for 11 Innovative Programs
LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) Dean C. Logan announced that the National Association of Counties (NACo) recognized the RR/CC for 11 innovative departmental programs across four categories — Information Technology, Planning, Personnel Management and Training, and Civic Education and Public Information.
NACo Achievement Awards recognize significant County government programs and services across various categories, with the goal of inspiring counties nationwide to adopt innovative approaches that improve the lives of residents. The RR/CC has previously been recognized by NACo for their dedication to county responsibilities.
“We are honored to be recognized for these programs,” said Logan. “The RR/CC is committed to improving our processes to better support the public and our staff, and these awards demonstrate that we are taking important strides towards doing exactly that.”
NACo presented the following awards to the RR/CC. These honors recognize innovative programs that enhance services for residents and promote effective government practices. The awards include:

- Restrictive Covenant Modification Program
- Multilingual Election Worker Recruitment Tool
- Election Worker Recruitment/Retention Videos
- Election Worker Final Verification Process
- Voting Never Stops: Pop-Up Vote Centers – Contingency Planning
