JCOD’S Justice Connect Support Center Hits Milestone of 20,000 Service Calls
LOS ANGELES – The Justice, Care and Opportunities Department (JCOD) proudly marked a significant milestone by processing its 20,000th service call since its launch in October 2023.
The Justice Connect Support Center was established to reimagine and enhance support for justice-impacted individuals and their families across Los Angeles County.
The Support Center provides linkages to critical services including housing, substance use resources, court appearance reminders and transportation to and from court, at no cost.
The Justice Connect Support Center is toll-free at 833-LAC-JCOD (833-522-5263) and operates seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Multiple language support is available.
