The County of Los Angeles is committed to serving people with disabilities without discrimination, in accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Board Policy 3.060. Additionally, all County-sponsored events, including those held at non-County owned facilities, must be accessible to persons without regard to disability (Board Policy 3.070).
Departmental ADA Coordinators
If you would like assistance to access services from a County department, please visit that department’s website or the facility where the service is provided. If you need additional help, call the ADA coordinator from the department you wish to receive services from, as shown on this list.

(Note: this hotline is not for assistance in services provided by entities that are not the County of Los Angeles.)
ADA Grievance Procedure
The County has adopted an informal complaint procedure for the resolution of complaints alleging Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) non-compliance by the County. Complaints are to be filed in writing on the County’s Program Complaint Form and addressed to the ADA coordinator of the appropriate County department. By policy, the ADA coordinator will respond to you within 60 days after your complaint is filed.
No qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of services, programs, or activities of a public entity, or be subjected to discrimination by any such entity.
