2008-09 Proposed Budget Training Material – Analysis of Departmental Performance Measures
In these two examples, you will find a stronger use of the PC! framework and an example of a weaker use of the framework. These examples offer direction on how to examine and analyze your own departmental PC! measures. When used with page six of the PC! Program Framework and Guidelines, (see Reference Material), departments should be able to more easily identify the stronger and weaker elements of their own performance data.
